I love Dream of Doll dolls and I wish I could speak to more people that do as well. But the DOD discussion thread on DOA ticks me off. Almost every other page you have some newbie come in and ask about wig size or clothing size for DOTs/DOIs. How they can navigate through a purchase with no troubles but fail to look at plainly stated measurements, do any research on their own, or flip through the discussion thread just a little bit, blows my mind.
Amusingly enough, I just checked the DOD thread and, wouldn’t you know it, the subject of DOI wig size has once again been brought up. We just finished discussing all this TWO pages ago. If that!
I’ve been lurking on the DOD tread, not interacting much, because this seems to dominate the discussion most the time and every time it comes up, which it far too often, I want to get on there and say this is information they should be reading up on before they buy the doll. But I don’t want to be mean or rude, so I keep myself to myself.

It’s freaking COLD outside. The wind is blowing hard. You can FEEL it seeping in through the windows.
As a result, my Daleks have taken over the couch, wrapped themselves up in my favorite blanket, and refuse to hand over my TV remote as they watch episodes of Torchwood believing it will aid them. I’ve not the heart to tell them it won’t.
